Which payment options do you offer?
You can pay instantly by card or use any of Klarna's payment options. If you live in Sweden, you can also pay with Swish.
Do you Ship around the world?
Yes we do! We ship to most countries around the world through freight forwarder DHL.
When can I expect the artwork to arrive?
Your order will be packed and handed over to the shipment courier within 1-3 business days, depending on where in the world you live. After that, reasonable shipping times are 3-10 business days. Please be advised that some graphics or works on paper might be needed to be printed before shipment. If you also ordered a new frame, the frame also needs to be produced prior to shipping. For these instances, the time before the artworks are handed over might be towards to 10 business days.
The artwork did not really match my expectations. Can I return the artwork?
Yes! Of course! Your first step would be to get in touch with us on hello@interart.se and we will guide you through the process of returning. For InterArt, the most important thing is happy customers. Please be advised that cost and packaging for returns fall onto the customer.
